At YUSBOX, every product is made to order using 3D printing technology. Production begins shortly after an order is placed, so please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel their order only before production begins.
Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled because the product is manufactured specifically for your order.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your Order Number.
Cancellation Eligibility
Your order may be cancelled if:
- The cancellation request is received before production starts.
- Payment has been successfully verified.
- The order has not been dispatched.
YUSBOX reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests once production or shipping has commenced.
Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
Cancellation requests will not be accepted for:
- Orders already in production.
- Orders that have been dispatched.
- Customized or personalized products once production has begun.
- Orders where shipping labels have already been generated and handed over to the courier.
Refund After Cancellation
If your cancellation request is approved:
- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If production has already started, no refund will be issued, as the product is manufactured specifically for your order.
Cancellation by YUSBOX
YUSBOX reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailable or discontinued.
- Pricing or listing errors.
- Payment verification failure.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- Incomplete or incorrect customer information.
- Serviceability issues where delivery is not possible.
If YUSBOX cancels your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
